Error when receiving email Outlook some mail went to IPM_SUBTREE

Some incoming mail went in the folder IPM_SUBTREE so i can't see and found it. There are non particoular rules activated. I'm not able to solve the problem, can you help me?

    Generally speaking, the folder "IPM_SUBTREE" is the root folder in an Outlook mailbox; emails are not kept in this folder directly. Rather, it's a system folder that holds other folders, such as other default folders and your inbox.

    Emails that somehow end up in the "IPM_SUBTREE" folder rather than in your inbox or other expected folders may be the result of an issue with your Outlook setup or a rule that has been applied to your mailbox.

    The following actions can be taken to troubleshoot and fix this problem:

    Examine your Outlook Rules. If you haven't personally defined any rules, there may be server-side rules in place that are directing emails to the "IPM_SUBTREE" folder in your mailbox. To examine any current rules, open Outlook and go to the Rules and Alerts settings.

    Disable Rules: Put an end to any rules that you believe are influencing how emails are routed. Next, keep an eye on your inbox to see if the "IPM_SUBTREE" folder is still receiving new emails.
