Hi, sorry to hear that. Try these steps and see if it helps.

Check OneDrive Service Status: Visit the OneDrive Service Status page to check.

Check Internet Connection: Make sure that your internet connection is stable and working properly.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: If you are trying to access OneDrive via a web browser, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies. For Chrome: Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data. For Firefox: Go to Options > Privacy & Security > Clear Data. For Edge: Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Choose what to clear.

Attempt to log in to OneDrive using a different web browser to determine if the issue is browser-specific.

Disable Browser Extensions: Try disabling extensions one by one to identify if any of them are causing the issue.

Update Browser: Make sure that your web browser is up to date.

Use OneDrive App: If you are experiencing issues with the web version of OneDrive, try accessing your files using the OneDrive desktop or mobile app.

Check System Date and Time: Incorrect date and time settings on your computer can sometimes cause issues with OneDrive. Ensure that your system date and time are set correctly.

Disable VPN or Proxy: If you are using a VPN or proxy server, try disabling it and then attempt to log in to OneDrive again.

Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Your firewall or antivirus software may be blocking OneDrive. Temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software and try accessing OneDrive again

    Try resetting onedrive again.

    Best Regards Deeksha

in the meantime thank you very much, but the problem is that it just doesn't let me connect any account, even though I've done everything, I click log in, put in the credentials and it just keeps loading endlessly without a flap. By the way it doesn't even work online, even from the site I can't upload files etc... so I really don't know what to do. Thanks again and I hope there is a solution.

Hi, I’m a Microsoft user like yourself and I will try to help you as best as I can today.

    1. Reinstall OneDrive A corrupted OneDrive installation can cause syncing and other issues. Let's try reinstalling the OneDrive app to see if it resolves the problem. On Windows: Press Windows + X and select Apps and Features. Search for OneDrive in the list of installed apps. Click on OneDrive and select Uninstall. Download and install the latest version of OneDrive from the official website.

On macOS: Open Finder and go to Applications. Find OneDrive and drag it to the Trash. Download and install the latest version of OneDrive from the official website.

    1. Reset OneDrive Resetting OneDrive can help fix syncing issues. On Windows: Press Windows + R keys together to open the Run dialog. Type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset and press Enter. After executing the command, restart your computer. On macOS: Open Terminal from Applications > Utilities. Paste defaults write com.microsoft.OneDrive ResetOneDriveAppLibrary TRUE and press Enter. Restart your computer.
    2. Check OneDrive Settings Make sure that the OneDrive settings are configured correctly. On Windows: Right-click on the OneDrive cloud icon and select Settings. Go to the Account tab and check the settings. On macOS: Click on the OneDrive cloud icon in the menu bar. Click on More (three dots) > Preferences > Account. Check the settings.
    3. Check for Updates Make sure that your operating system and OneDrive app are up to date. On Windows: Press Windows + I to open Settings. Go to Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates. On macOS: Click on the Apple menu and select System Preferences. Go to Software Update and check for updates.

Hopefully this helps! Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Best Regards Deeksha
