I’m sorry you’re running into this with Outlook, Larry. Since emails are showing up as already read and you’re not getting push notifications, I’d suggest first checking if Outlook is also open on another device, since that can sometimes mark messages as read automatically. Next, review your Focused Inbox and any rules you might have set, as emails can be sorted or auto-marked without you noticing. Also, double-check your Android notification settings for Outlook to be sure alerts are fully allowed. If it still doesn’t work, try clearing the Outlook app’s cache (and if needed, its data) to reset the sync.
