Hi Isagri Italia,
When a payment is submitted past the expiration date, Microsoft billing servers can take up to twenty-four hours to process the transaction and synchronize your updated storage quota with the OneDrive provisioning servers. You should first verify that your payment is fully processed and your subscription shows as active by signing into the Microsoft account services web page. If the web portal shows your account is active and your storage quota is correct but your computer still indicates the account is frozen, your local application is likely holding onto an outdated cached state.
To resolve this local synchronization issue, you can force the OneDrive application to rebuild its connection and fetch your new storage quota. Press the Windows key and the R key simultaneously to open the Run dialog box. Type the exact path %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset and press Enter. If Windows displays an error saying it cannot find the file, your software was installed for all users, so you should type C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset or C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset instead. This command clears the local configuration registry and cached account tokens, safely forcing the application to reconnect without deleting any of your personal files.
The OneDrive cloud icon in your taskbar will disappear and should reappear after a minute or two. If the cloud icon does not reappear on its own, manually restart the application by opening the Run dialog box again, typing onedrive.exe, and pressing Enter. Once the application restarts, it will pull the fresh account data and restore your full storage access. If you have waited the full twenty-four hours and completed this local reset but the storage remains locked on both the web and your computer, the billing synchronization is stuck on the backend servers and you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly through your account portal.
