Rimborso microsoft 365

Question

mi è stato addebitato un pagamento di un abbonamento che io credevo di aver annullato in quanto ormai non lo uso più da mesi credo da settembre, solo questa mattina ho scoperto che in realtà l'abbonamento fosse ancora attivo. vorrei quindi poter ricevere il rimborso dell'addebito e vorrei sapere come procedere in modo da ottenerlo

If it is subscribed directly from Microsoft, go to https://account.live.com > subscription, log into your account and find the subscription to cancel it. For refund, go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

If you subscribe it via Apple App store on your iOS, then you need to log into Apple account on their platforms to cancel it.. Refund request needs to go through Apple. Microsoft explains it here.
