Artifact Signing identity validation — documents requested but no upload UI (ID f5726c9a-7c5c-4887-a5c3-a3090cb22b35)

Question

Hello Artifact Signing / Trusted Signing support,

I need help with a Public Trust organization identity validation that cannot proceed because the portal asks for additional documents but does not provide any upload control.

Please do not treat this as a certificate-profile or certificate-creation issue. I have not created a certificate profile yet. Identity validation is blocked.

Legal entity

I am an Italian sole trader / ditta individuale (libero professionista), not a registered company named “UNGame Productor”. That name is only a brand. The legal name on the Agenzia delle Entrate VAT attribution certificate is UNGARO ANDREA. Activity start date on that certificate is 12 August 2026. ATECO 621000.

What already succeeded

• Artifact Signing Identity Verifier and Certificate Profile Signer roles are assigned on mbcodesign.
• AU10TIX / Microsoft Verified ID completed successfully (Verification successful on credentials.microsoft.com).

Current blocker

The identity request later showed a red banner:

“Please provide additional document(s) dated within the past 12 months to verify your organization. Formation/incorporation records, franchise/agency appointment letters, government-issued licenses, registration certificates, or tax filing records.”

The portal status is now Failed / Not submitted (“Non inviato”). The detail blade only has OK. There is no Upload, Browse, or document-attachment control. I therefore cannot submit the VAT attribution PDF that matches the request (dated 12/08/2026, within 12 months, same name, VAT, and address).

I have not created a second identity validation, as the FAQ says additional in-progress requests for the same entity do not help.

Requests

1. Reset this validation to Action Required, or send a secure upload link, so I can attach the Agenzia delle Entrate VAT attribution certificate (and, if needed, another tax document from the last 12 months).
2. Confirm whether Italian sole traders / ditta individuale are eligible for Public Trust organization validation when the legal name is the person’s name and a valid VAT number is provided.
3. Confirm whether a minimum organization age (for example 3 years of verifiable history) still applies. If it does, please say so clearly so I do not open another request that cannot succeed.
4. If the Azure billing account type (Individual vs Organization) is blocking organization validation, please say what change is required. I will not create another identity until you advise.
