Microsoft for Startups program page, benefits tab, microsoft team missing completely

Question

I've been granted some months ago the start up status but I encountered the exact same issue described in this thread:

as the other user, I'm not able to see any of the tab like "Your Microsoft Team" or the benefits page and I'm also not able to create support requests to escalate. can anyone help?
