    -- "The character of Steve is a video game afficianado who sees the world through VR glasses". There's a difference between a balanced video game aficionado and some fan boy who should know when certain leetspeak is inappropriate. Both of the original offerings were good (though I understand the IP concerns) but the middle ground left things flat. To me, this special edition helps explain the disconnect I am feeling with the characters and why they do not come off seeming true.
