Procedura: Rinominare Azure AD

Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) è stato rinominato in Microsoft Entra ID per comunicare meglio la funzionalità multicloud, multipiattaforma del prodotto e unificare la denominazione della famiglia di prodotti Microsoft Entra.

Questo articolo fornisce procedure consigliate e supporto per clienti e organizzazioni che desiderano aggiornare la documentazione o il contenuto con il nome e l'icona del nuovo prodotto.

Prerequisiti

Prima di modificare le istanze di Azure AD in Microsoft Entra ID nella documentazione o nel contenuto, acquisire familiarità con le indicazioni riportate in Nuovo nome per Azure AD per:

Comprendere il nome del prodotto e il motivo per cui è stata apportata la modifica
Scaricare l'icona del nuovo prodotto
Ottenere un elenco di nomi che non cambiano
Ottenere risposte alle domande più frequenti e altro ancora

Valutare e definire l'ambito degli aggiornamenti di ridenominazione per il contenuto

Controllare le esperienze per trovare riferimenti ad Azure AD e alle relative icone.

Analizzare il contenuto per identificare i riferimenti ad Azure AD e ai relativi sinonimi. Compilare un elenco dettagliato di tutte le istanze.

Cercare i termini seguenti: Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Active Directory, Azure AD, AAD
Cercare grafica con l'icona di Azure AD () da sostituire con l'icona Microsoft Entra ID ()

Identificare le eccezioni nell'elenco:

Non apportare modifiche di rilievo.
Esaminare la sezione Nomi che non cambiano? nelle linee guida per la denominazione e tenere presente quale terminologia di Azure AD non cambia.
Non modificare le istanze di Active Directory. Viene rinominato solo Azure Active Directory , non Active Directory, che è il nome abbreviato di un prodotto diverso, Windows Server Active Directory.

Valutare e classificare in ordine di priorità in base all'utilizzo futuro. Considerare quale contenuto deve essere aggiornato in base al fatto che si tratti di utenti o abbia una visibilità ampia all'interno dell'organizzazione, del pubblico o della base clienti. È possibile decidere che non è necessario aggiornare codice o contenuto se presenta un'esposizione limitata agli utenti finali.

Decidere se un contenuto datato esistente, ad esempio video o blog, vale la pena aggiornare per i futuri visualizzatori. Non rinominare il contenuto precedente. Per aiutare gli utenti finali, è possibile aggiungere una dichiarazione di non responsabilità, ad esempio "Azure AD è ora Microsoft Entra ID".

Aggiornare la denominazione nel contenuto

Aggiornare i contenuti e le esperienze dell'organizzazione usando gli strumenti pertinenti.

Come usare "trova e sostituisci" per il contenuto basato su testo

Quasi tutti gli strumenti di modifica offrono funzionalità di "ricerca e sostituzione" o "trova e sostituisci", in modo nativo o tramite plug-in. Usare l'app preferita.
Usare "find and replace" per trovare le stringhe Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Active Directory, Azure AD, AAD.
Non sostituire tutte le istanze con l'ID Microsoft Entra.
Verificare se ogni istanza fa riferimento al prodotto o a una funzionalità del prodotto.
- Azure AD come nome del prodotto da solo deve essere sostituito con Microsoft Entra ID.
- Le funzionalità o le funzionalità di Azure AD diventano funzionalità o funzionalità di Microsoft Entra. Ad esempio, "Accesso condizionale di Azure AD" diventa "Accesso condizionale Microsoft Entra".

Automatizzare la modifica in blocco usando codice personalizzato

Usare i criteri seguenti per determinare quali modifiche è necessario apportare alle istanze di Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Active Directory, Azure AD, AAD.

Se la stringa di testo viene trovata nel dizionario di denominazione dei termini precedenti, modificarla con il nuovo termine.
Se un segno di punteggiatura segue Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Active Directory, Azure ADo AAD, sostituire con Microsoft Entra ID perché è il nome del prodotto.
Se Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Active Directory, Azure ADo AAD è seguito da for, Premium, PlanP1o P2sostituire con Microsoft Entra ID perché fa riferimento a un nome SKU o a un piano di servizio.
Se un articolo (a, an, the) o possessivo (your, your organization's) precede (Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Active DirectoryAzure AD, , AAD), sostituire con Microsoft Entra perché si tratta di un nome di funzionalità. Ad esempio:
1. "un tenant di Azure AD" diventa "un tenant di Microsoft Entra"
2. "il tenant di Azure AD dell'organizzazione" diventa "il tenant di Microsoft Entra"
Se Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Active Directory, Azure ADo AAD è seguito da un aggettivo o un sostantivo non nei passaggi precedenti, sostituire con Microsoft Entra perché si tratta di un nome di funzionalità. Ad esempio, Azure AD Conditional Access diventa Microsoft Entra Conditional Access, mentre Azure AD tenant diventa Microsoft Entra tenant.
In caso contrario, sostituire Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Active DirectoryAzure AD, o AAD con Microsoft Entra ID.

Aggiornare grafica e icone

Sostituire l'icona di Azure AD con l'icona Microsoft Entra ID.
Sostituire i titoli o il testo contenente Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Active DirectoryAzure AD, o AAD con Microsoft Entra ID.

Script PowerShell di esempio

È possibile usare lo script di PowerShell seguente come baseline per rinominare i riferimenti di Azure AD nella documentazione o nel contenuto. Questo esempio di codice:

Analizza i .resx file all'interno di una cartella specificata e di tutte le cartelle nidificate.
Modifica i file sostituendo tutti i riferimenti a Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Azure Active Directory, Azure AD, AAD con la terminologia corretta in base al nuovo nome per Azure AD.

Modificare lo script di base in base alle esigenze e all'ambito dei file da aggiornare. Potrebbe essere necessario tenere conto dei casi limite e modificare lo script in base alla modalità di definizione dei messaggi nei file di origine. Lo script non è completamente automatizzato.
