Se le proprietà sono già state caricate, non verranno ricaricate. Se non sono correnti, chiamare il Refresh metodo sull'oggetto per aggiornare le proprietà.

Se mancano informazioni sufficienti su questo oggetto, viene generata un'eccezione. Se l'oggetto non esiste nel server, il metodo restituisce false. In caso contrario, le proprietà vengono caricate e il metodo restituisce true.
