bstrProviderName

[in] A string identifying the source code control provider.

bstrDebuggingPath

[in] A path to be used when the project is opened with the solution and if the project will be opened as a "localhost" Web project.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
