Numero di elementi della matrice in da value convertire.
Restituisce
Stringa di coppie esadecimali separate da trattini, in cui ogni coppia rappresenta l'elemento corrispondente in una sottomaschera di value, ad esempio "7F-2C-4A-00".
Eccezioni
value è null.
startIndex o length è minore di zero.
oppure
startIndex è maggiore di zero ed è maggiore o uguale alla lunghezza di value.
La combinazione di e length non specifica una posizione all'interno valuedi startIndex , ovvero il startIndex parametro è maggiore della lunghezza di value meno il length parametro .
