Commenti
Se non StringDictionary contiene un elemento con la chiave specificata, l'oggetto StringDictionary rimane invariato. Non viene generata alcuna eccezione.
La chiave viene gestita senza distinzione tra maiuscole e minuscole; viene convertito in minuscolo prima che venga usato per trovare la voce da rimuovere dal dizionario di stringhe.
Questo metodo è un'operazione O(1).
