Il costruttore senza parametri crea una nuova istanza della WebClient classe . Il metodo HTTP predefinito è GET. Il metodo FTP predefinito è RETR. L'impostazione predefinita è Encoding è Default. Il valore predefinito di AllowAutoRedirect è true.
