Usare questo costruttore per inizializzare una nuova istanza della DetailsView classe. Per aggiungere dinamicamente un controllo a una pagina, creare un DetailsView nuovo DetailsView oggetto, impostarne le proprietà e quindi aggiungerlo alla Control.Controls raccolta di un controllo contenitore, ad esempio PlaceHolder.
