Questo costruttore viene in genere usato quando si aggiungono campi a un controllo creato DataPager dinamicamente.
Per aggiungere un oggetto in modo dinamico a un DataPager controllo, creare un NumericPagerField nuovo NumericPagerField oggetto, impostarne le proprietà e quindi aggiungerlo all'insieme di campi per il DataPager controllo.
