Remarks
Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.
Notes to Inheritors
When overriding OnMouseDown(MouseEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnMouseDown(MouseEventArgs) method.
