Enable the customer service representative calendar

When you enable the representative calendar, customer service representatives (service representatives or representatives) can see all the activities they have on their calendar, such as trainings, breaks, time off.

Prerequisites

Complete the steps in Set up user management.

Enable the representative calendar

  1. In the site map of the Copilot Service admin center app, go to Operations, and then select Workforce management. The Workforce management page appears.
  2. In Time management, select Manage next to Representative calendar.
  3. On the Representative calendar page, set the Enable my schedule for customer service representatives toggle to On.
  4. Select Save and Close.
