Delete a remoteDesktopSecurityConfiguration object on a servicePrincipal. Removing remoteDesktopSecurityConfiguration object on the servicePrincipal disables the Microsoft Entra ID Remote Desktop Services (RDS) authentication protocol to authenticate a user to Microsoft Entra joined or Microsoft Entra hybrid joined devices, and removes any target device groups that you configured for SSO.

Permissions

Choose the permission or permissions marked as least privileged for this API. Use a higher privileged permission or permissions only if your app requires it. Important

In delegated scenarios with work or school accounts, the signed-in user must be an owner or member of the group or be assigned a supported Microsoft Entra role or a custom role with a supported role permission. The following least privileged roles are supported for this operation.
