Clear-AzStorageCacheTarget
Tells the cache to write all dirty data to the Storage Target's backend storage. Client requests to this storage target's namespace will return errors until the flush operation completes.

Description
Tells the cache to write all dirty data to the Storage Target's backend storage. Client requests to this storage target's namespace will return errors until the flush operation completes.
