Reinitializes settings after a device is reset.

Remarks

This method should be called after the device is reset and before any other methods are called, if the IsUsingEventHandlers property is set to false.

Because IsUsingEventHandlers is set to true by default, it is unnecessary to call the OnResetDevice method under normal circumstances. However, if at any point IsUsingEventHandlers is set to false, OnResetDevice should be called immediately after the device is reset.
