In questo esempio viene illustrato come scrivere tutti i metadati delle OptionSet globali in un file XML. Nell'esempio viene utilizzato il messaggio RetrieveAllOptionSetsRequest.

Nel seguente esempio viene creato un nuovo file in \OptionSets\bin\Debug\AllOptionSetValues.xml. È possibile aprire questo file in Microsoft Office Excel per visualizzare un report tabulare. Potrebbe essere necessarie queste informazioni per individuare il codice di tipo per un'entità personalizzata per l'utilizzo nei report.
