Creates a new instance of the ManagementPack class by reading the contents from the specified TextReader object and store.

Parameters
- mpcontents
Specifies a TextReader object from which to read the management pack contents.
- storeForReferences
The store to use when searching for referenced management packs. This is usually a ManagementPackFileStore object (when working with management packs in the file system only) or a ManagementGroup object (when working with a SystemCenter installation.)
