Parameters
- referencestring
The reference string that is processed into a management pack class property. The following code example is an example of a reference string:$Target/Property[Type="Windows!Microsoft.Windows.InternetInformationServices.2003.FTPServer"]/Timeout$

- workflowTarget
The target class for the workflow where the reference is found. For example, the Target property of a rule if a rule module configuration is being processed.
Return Value
A ManagementPackClassProperty object.
