Add Data Querying to Forms Sample

This sample contains the following classes.

Class	Library	Description
_findnextbuttons	_table.scx	Provides a Find/Find Next button set for navigating within a table.
_locatebutton	_table2.vcx	Provides a Locate button to display a dialog box for navigating within a table.
_findbutton	_table.vcx	Provides a generic Find button.
