802.11 Configuration

This section describes the way in which the 802.11 miniport driver can be configured to operate within the wireless LAN (WLAN). This section includes:

• 802.11 Network Configuration

  Describes the ways in which the driver can be configured to operate within an 802.11 network.

• 802.11 Radio Configuration

  Describes the ways in which the device's 802.11 physical layer (PHY) can be configured.

• 802.11 Media Configuration

  Describes the ways in which the device's 802.11 media access control (MAC) layer can be configured.
