IMultiLanguage::EnumRfc1766 method
Creates a Locale Enumeration Object and gets the corresponding IEnumRfc1766 interface.

Parameters
- ppEnumRfc1766 [out]
The address of a pointer to receive the IEnumRfc1766 interface.
Return value
Returns NOERROR if successful, or E_OUTOFMEMORY if there is insufficient memory to create the enumerator object.
Remarks
The Locale Enumeration Object created by this method is used to build an array of RFC1766INFO structures that contain information about all the locale identifiers that the system recognizes.
Although the IEnumRfc1766 interface is retrieved through this method, the caller is responsible for releasing it when it is no longer required.
