XmlSerializationReader.CreateReadOnlyCollectionException Method

Creates an InvalidOperationException that indicates that a SOAP-encoded collection type cannot be modified and its values cannot be filled in.

Parameters

  • name
    Type: System.String
    The fully qualified name of the Silverlight type for which there is a mapping.

Return Value

Type: System.Exception
An InvalidOperationException exception.

Remarks

The protected members of XmlSerializationReader are intended for use only by derived classes that are used internally within the Silverlight XML serialization infrastructure.
