Increments the reference count of an object.
int _ObjectReference(Value FAR *objct)
Remarks
CLEAR MEMORY or CLEAR ALL releases an API object from memory.
0 is returned unless an error occurs. When an error occurs, a negative number representing an internal error code is returned.
