Uploading a Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.1 image to Microsoft Azure

In this video, we'll use azure-cli to convert the qcow2 disk of a RHEL 7.1 instance running in KVM to VHD and upload it to Azure, so we can run a RHEL 7.1 VM in Microsoft's open and flexible hyperscale cloud.
