In Azure AI Search, new document addition is failed

In Azure AI Search, new document addition is failed. I want to know why that occurs. Situation: In Azure AI Search For using search service, I create new index (index A). I enact uploading new documents repeatly. But when uploading new documents, the data of old documents is deleted. how to do: with python. when uploading, I use the package "SearchClient".
(only using, the package is enacted "normaly". of course , the uploaded documents can be searchible) My hypothesis: the number of uploading documents may be problem, I think. Once, I upload 1000 documents at a time. then the old documents may be thought "must be replaced".
