Can we use NAT Gateway for KEDA (controller) of Azure Container Apps as Github Actions Runner

Hi.

Our Github Enterprise has IP restriction. So without static global ip address, KEDA of Azure Container Apps cannot reach to our Github Enterprise. There are NAT gateway setting for Container Apps Outbound, but not for KEDA.

Is there a way to set NAT Gateway to KEDA outbound for Azure Container Apps as Github Actions Runner?
