This is a reminder to use the Schedule Builder available at https://www.mvpsummit2009.com to plan your Personal Schedule. We use the information about your enrollments to make adjustments to room assignments, calculate and schedule catering, and plan for delivery of Special Meals. Enroll in exclusive sessions; secure your paulettsredlobsterseat for open sessions, and don’t forget to consider Side sessions! Will you please complete this step by February 20th?

    Paulette, is the "Add item to outlook" icon meant to appear anywhere? Clicking on the one in the "keys" area does nothing, and I don't see it anywhere else.

    Hi John, The "add item to Outlook" will be activated next week once we have finished making the final room assignments. At that time we ask you to go back to Schedule Builder, print out your schedule and add items to your Outlook calendar. Since room assignments haven't been finalized yet, we figured that adding it to your Outlook now would not be helpful.
