超過クォータ
Azure MySQL - フレキシブル サーバー リソースをデプロイしようとしたときに次のエラーのいずれかが発生した場合は、クォータの増加を要求してください。
Operation could not be completed as it results in exceeding approved {0} Cores quota. Additional details - Current Limit: {1}, Current Usage: {2}, Additional Required: {3}, (Minimum) New Limit Required: {4}.Submit a request for Quota increase by specifying parameters listed in the 'Details' section for deployment to succeed.
サブスクリプションへのアクセス
サブスクリプションが SQL リソース プロバイダー (RP) に登録されていない場合、そのサブスクリプションには選択したリージョンにサーバーを作成するためのアクセス権がないことがあります。
次のいずれかのエラーが表示された場合は、サブスクリプションを MySQL RP に登録して解決します。
Your subscription does not have access to create a server in the selected region.Provisioning is restricted in this region. Please choose a different region. For exceptions to this rule please open a support request with issue type of 'Service and subscription limits'Location 'region name' is not accepting creation of new Azure Database for MySQL - Flexible servers for the subscription 'subscription id' at this time
リージョンの有効化
サブスクリプションに、選択したリージョンにサーバーを作成するためのアクセス権がない可能性があります。 この問題を解決するには、リージョンにアクセスするためのサポート要求を提出します。

SKU が利用できない
次のエラーが発生した場合は、別の SKU の種類を選択します。 SKU の可用性はリージョンによって異なる場合があります。特定の SKU はリージョンでサポートされていないか、一時的に使用できません。
Specified SKU is not supported in this region. Please choose a different SKU.
MySQL RP に登録する
Azure Database for MySQL - フレキシブル サーバー リソースをデプロイするには、サブスクリプションを MySQL リソース プロバイダー (RP) に登録します。
サブスクリプションは、Azure portal、Azure CLI、または Azure PowerShell を使用して登録できます。
Azure portal でサブスクリプションを登録するには、次の手順を実行します。
Azure portal で [その他のサービス] を選択します。
[サブスクリプション] に移動し、ご使用のサブスクリプションを選択します。
[サブスクリプション] ページの左側のウィンドウの [設定] で [リソース プロバイダー] を選択します。
フィルターに「MySQL」と入力し、MySQL 関連の拡張機能を表示します。
必要なアクションに応じて、Microsoft.DBforMySQL プロバイダーに対する [登録]、[再登録]、または[登録解除] を選択します。

Azure プログラムのリージョン
Azure プログラム オファリング (Azure Pass、Imagine、Azure for Students、MPN、BizSpark、BizSpark Plus、Microsoft for Startups /スポンサー プラン、Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) / Visual Studio サブスクリプション) は、アクセスできるリージョンが限られています。
サブスクリプションが上記のオファリングの一部であり、リストに記載されているいずれかのリージョンへのアクセスが必要な場合は、アクセス要求を送信します。 または、代替リージョンを選択することもできます:
