Parameters

newOffset
Int32

the start-offset of the data in the buffer.

newSize
Int32

the amount of data (in bytes) in the buffer.

newTimeUs
Int64

the presentation timestamp in microseconds.

newFlags
MediaCodecBufferFlags

buffer flags associated with the buffer. This should be a combination of #BUFFER_FLAG_KEY_FRAME and #BUFFER_FLAG_END_OF_STREAM.
