Sets the value of a ByteBuffer key.

Remarks
Sets the value of a ByteBuffer key.
If value is null
, it sets a null value that behaves similarly to a missing key. This could be used prior to API level android os.Build.VERSION_CODES#Q
to effectively remove a key.
