Flatten a generic SparseArray into the parcel at the current dataPosition(), growing dataCapacity() if needed.

Remarks
Flatten a generic SparseArray into the parcel at the current dataPosition(), growing dataCapacity() if needed. The SparseArray values are written using #writeValue
and must follow the specification there.
