Gets the date/time formatter with the default formatting style
for the default java.util.Locale.Category#FORMAT FORMAT locale.

Gets the date/time formatter with the default formatting style for the default java.util.Locale.Category#FORMAT FORMAT locale.
This is equivalent to calling #getDateTimeInstance(int, int, Locale) getDateTimeInstance(DEFAULT, DEFAULT, Locale.getDefault(Locale.Category.FORMAT)).
