if redirection of assemblies is not allowed; false
if it is allowed.
Remarks
The DisallowBindingRedirects property is designed to be used by services and server applications where assembly binding redirection is not part of the application scenario.
The value of this property is only considered when loading strong-named assemblies. Assemblies that do not have a strong-name will always have binding redirects applied.
