ゼロ	n1 と n2 の HasValue プロパティが false です。または n1 と n2 の HasValue プロパティが true で、n1 の Value プロパティの値が n2 の Value プロパティの値と同じです。
0 より大きい値	n1 の HasValue プロパティが true で、n2 の HasValue プロパティが false です。または n1 と n2 の HasValue プロパティの値が true で、n1 の Value プロパティの値が n2 の Value プロパティの値よりも大きい値です。
