パラメーター

timeout

チャネル操作の待機を完了する必要がある制限時間を指定する TimeSpan。この時間を経過すると、タイムアウトします。

戻り値

Boolean

timeout で指定した時間内にチャネルを受信した場合は true。それ以外の場合は false。
