通常、このイベントは API が BeginInvoke 原因ですが Invoke 、API によって、指定以外 DispatcherPriority.Send の優先度が指定されている場合や、宛先ディスパッチャーが別のスレッドによって所有されている場合にも、このイベントが発生する可能性があります。
任意のスレッドが操作をポストできるため、このイベントは任意のスレッドによって発生させることができます。
