The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • Labels for charts in the Sales Activity Dashboard were not visible in dark mode.

Unified Interface

  • When text-spacing was enabled in the Personalization settings section, the "Privacy" and "Languages" tabs were no longer visible.*
  • When creating a new quick campaign in an appointment activity, the next button in the quick campaign dialog box was unresponsive.
  • A portion of the chart legend was not visible within an opportunity view in the Sales Hub.
  • When creating an email record in a timeline and selecting an email signature, the signature dialog box did not close.
  • A portion of the content within the "My Open Opportunities" section was not visible in the Sales Activity Social Dashboard.
  • When resetting column settings to default in a marketing grid, a portion of the column details were not set to default.
  • When opening the subject tree page in the Customer Service admin center, a blank page was displayed.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, when selecting a link within a replied post on the timeline, the record link in the reply did not navigate to the entity page.
  • When using the bulk editor and saving without making changes, the editor did not close.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, inline images were not displayed within an email thread when selecting the ellipses while the email was expanded.
  • When modifying values within a time, duration, or drop down list control in a form header or BPF, the form field value did not change and the control flyout closed.

  • An error occurred in Dynamics 365 Marketing when saving a case after editing the timeline.
