Microsoft Dataverse - Service Update 23082 Release Notes


Service Update 23082 for Dataverse 9.2.0 is now available. This article describes the hotfixes and updates that are included in Service Update 23082.

Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When the browser resolution was set to 320 X 256, a portion of the content within the list items’ dropdown menu were not visible in the Personalization page.*
  • Narrator announced an incorrect label for the list items within the dropdown menu present in 'Filters' tab of the Personalization page.*
  • The "Due and Active type" dropdown controls did not expand when using the Narrator screen reader within an activity entity in the Customer Service Hub.

Knowledge Management

  • When selecting an attachment within an account record from a suggested search result, the attachment side pane did not contain any information.*

Unified Interface

  • When performing a knowledge search with a keyword, duplicate records were present in each subsequent search result.
  • When tabbing through options in the Omnichannel Agent Dashboard, Narrator announced drop down menu options as "group."
  • When modifying live chat widget settings, the next button was not visible in the chat widget dialog box within the Customer Service Admin Center.

  • An error occurred when adding a condition-action pair to a voice queue in the Customer Service admin center.
