Update batch disposition status (form)

Click Inventory management > Periodic > Batches > Update batch disposition status.

Use this form to change the disposition code status for one or more inventory batches. You update the status of an inventory batch when you change the batch disposition code.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
General	Select the new disposition code for the batch job you want to run. You use the Select button on this tab to enter selection criteria to locate the inventory batches you want to include in the batch job.
Batch	Enter batch criteria to run a job or report to update the disposition status of one or more inventory batches.

Buttons

Tab	Description
Select	Open the standard Inquiry form to enter selection criteria to locate the inventory batches you want to include in the batch job. This button is available on the General tab.
Recurrence	Open the Recurrence form to set up a recurring pattern for the batch job. This button is available on the Batch tab.
Alerts	Open the Setup alert for batch job form to set up alert criteria for the batch job. This button is available on the Batch tab.

Fields

Field	Description
New disposition code	Select the new disposition code for the batch job. The disposition code you select determines the new status of the inventory batch.
Item number	The identification for the item used in the search query.
Batch number	The identification for the inventory batch used in the search query.
