Production - Reset status (class form)

Click Production control > Periodic > Production orders > Reset status.
Use this form to reset the status of a production order to a previous status. You can also reset or clear the status of any referenced subproductions.
Note
You cannot reset the status of production orders that have a status of Created or Ended. Also, you cannot set the status of production orders forward to the next status.

Fields

Description |

Production |
Specify the production order number to reset the status for. If you selected Reset status in the Production orders form, this field displays the current production information. |
Desired status |
Specify the status to reset the production order to. This status must be lower than the current status of the production order. The selected status will be adjusted for the production order and all operations in the production route. |
References |
Select this check box to also reset the status of all subproduction orders that are referenced by the current production order. |
Derived purchases |
Select this check box to delete all purchase orders that reference the main production order, and that have a line type of Vendor. This check box is available only if the value in the Desired status field is Created. If you leave this field blank, the referenced purchase orders will not be changed. |
Derived production |
Select this check box to delete subproduction orders that reference the main production order, and that have a line type of Production or Vendor. This check box is available only if the value in the Desired status field is Created. If you leave this field blank, the referenced subproduction orders will not be changed. |
Late selection |
If you set up batch processing to recur indefinitely, select this check box to process new production orders.
Note This control is available only if Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 or AX 2012 R3 is installed. |
