Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Setup > Tax reporting > Distribution.

Click Fixed assets (Russia) > Common > Fixed assets. Select a fixed asset, and then, on the Action pane, click Distribution > Distribution.

注意

This button is available only if you select an asset group for property tax or land tax in the FA group field.

Use this form to set up location codes and the percentage of distribution of the fixed asset. You can set up distribution for all asset types only when you open the Distribution form by clicking Distribution in the Fixed assets form.

You can also use the Distribution form to assign a Russian Classification of Objects of Administrative Division (RCOAD) code to a fixed asset. An RCOAD code is a legislative code or territorial code that is defined for each region or territory of the Russian Federation.

General	View the RCOAD code, and specify sales tax code information and the distribution share.

Fields

Field	Description
Location	Enter or select the location code of the fixed asset. 注意 This control is available only when you open the Distribution form by clicking Distribution in the Fixed assets form.
Name	Enter a description for the fixed asset location. 注意 This field is available only when you open the form by clicking Fixed assets (Russia) > Setup > Tax reporting > Distribution.
Owner	Enter the name of the owner of the fixed asset. 注意 This control is available only when you open the Distribution form by clicking Distribution in the Fixed assets form.
RCOAD	Select an RCOAD code for the fixed asset.
Sales tax code	Select a sales tax code of the Land tax type for the fixed asset.
Cadastral cost	Enter the cadastral cost of the fixed asset. 注意 This control is available only when you open the Distribution form by clicking Distribution in the Fixed assets form, and only for fixed assets of the Ground area type.
Distribution share	Specify the share of the fixed asset that is located in the region that you select in the Location field. You can specify the share as a fraction. 注意 This control is available only when you open the Distribution form by clicking Distribution in the Fixed assets form.
Owned share	Specify the share of the fixed asset that is owned by the company. You can specify the share as a fraction. 注意 This control is available only when you open the Distribution form by clicking Distribution in the Fixed assets form, and only for fixed assets of the Ground area type.
