The DISCOVER_PERFORMANCE_COUNTERS rowset contains the following columns.

PERF_COUNTER_NAME	xsd:string	Yes	The name of the performance counter.<314>
PERF_COUNTER_VALUE	xsd:double		The value of the performance counter.

The rowset is not sorted.
