Uninstalls the CA role service and removes the configuration information.

Description
The Uninstall-AdcsCertificationAuthority
cmdlet removes the Active certificate authority (CA) role
and removes the configuration information.

This command uninstalls the Active Directory Certification Authority role service and does not prompt for user confirmation.
