スレッドセーフ
この型の public static (Visual Basicでは Shared) のすべてのメンバは、マルチスレッド操作で安全に使用できます。インスタンスのメンバの場合は、スレッドセーフであるとは限りません。
解説
アセンブリのファイル ハッシュ値とファイル ハッシュ名は、アセンブリ マニフェストに格納されます。ファイルを読み込むときに、ハッシュ値を使用して、マニフェストの構築後にファイルが変更されていないことを検証します。
